INTAKE SPECIALIST PEOPLE WHO CARE, TREATMENT THAT WORKS CONIFER PARK in conjunction with the Truancy Abatement Program of Troy seeks to fill the following position: INTAKE SPECIALIST (Youth Specific): FT/10 month position: Requirements: 4 yr Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related Human Service Field AND 2 yrs of paid fulltime experience conducting case management activities in community-based programs working with youth and families. Qualified candidate will work with youths and their families in the Truancy Abatement Program conducting intakes and assessments assisting with goal setting and family planning and participate in weekly case management meetings.
